Playground Review: Terrace Park, Kirkland, WA

This is a tiny little play area with very large soccer fields off the beaten path in residential Kirkland, WA. The equipment isn’t good for toddlers (I always get nervous when toddlers climb near open edges), but it is just the right size for preschoolers & younger elementary-aged children.

I’m not sure what this thing is called, but it’s great for preschoolers as well. This park is not fenced, has swings, no sandbox, no place for grown-ups to sit, and no nearby restroom. The fall zone is wood chips & there are several parking spots near the playground.
